Padel Americano
A common tournament format is
Padel Americano (AKA Cup Americano), where players play doubles with
different partners in each match. By the end of all the matches, each player will have played a doubles match with every other player in the tournament. Cup Americano is a fun, fair, and social way to play padel! Each player, in turn, faces every opponent in two matches. Matches might be played, for example, to 32 straight points and could end as 32-0, 16-16, 20-12, etc. Alternatively, games could be played to 24 points or any other total. There is no limit in the software. If a padel match ends, for example, at 20-12, the players on the home team earn 20 points per player, and the players on the away team earn 12 points per player. Real Padel Americano
- You will play with different teammates in each match.

Real Padel Americano can only be set up under certain mathematical conditions. The number of players must be divisible by four, or divisible by four plus one, i.e., 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13, 16, etc.
Example: If a padelmatch ends 17-15 in Padel Americano, the home players receive 17 points and the away players receive 15 points.
